dc.description.abstractRegarding with the development of e-Navigation implementation strategy, IMO agreed to develop a Common Maritime Data Structure(CMDS) and to use IHOs S-100 standard as the baseline for creating a framework for e-Navigation data access and services. Thus e-Navigation applications should fit into the CMDS. In this presentation, the concept of inforamation flow for s-100 based solution are proposed. Test bed plan for MSI service based on S-100 is also introduced.services. Thus e-Navigation applications should fit into the CMDS.
