- 국내외 해양에너지 개발 전망과 개발기술을 4대 주요 분야별(파력, 조력, 조류, 해수온도차 발 전)로 분류하여 각 분야별 기술개요와 현황을 정리하였다. 더하여, 해상풍력발전 및 복합발전 기술을 별도로 분류하여 각각의 기술개요와 개발현황을 소개하고, 해양에너지 개발의 미래를 전 망하여 우리나라의 해양에너지 개발 기술의 나아가야 할 길을 제시하였다., 해양에너지 개발의 미래를 전 망하여 우리나라의 해양에너지 개발 기술의 나아가야 할 길을 제시하였다.
